The client signing this contract for a fixed term shall in no circumstances invoke any right to tenure.
The reservation becomes effective as soon as the customer has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total price of the room with a minimum of one night and a copy of the contract signed before this date indicated on the front Contract. The balance will be paid upon arrival.
All cancellations must be notified by letter or fax addressed to the owner. Delays are considered counted from the acknowledgment by the owner.
When before the arrival date the host cancels the visit, he must inform the client after registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
Customers, without prejudice to recourse in redress of possibly incurred damages, will be immediately refunded monies paid. He will also receive an allowance equal to the penalty he would have paid if the cancellation was his on that date.
The client must arrive on the day and at the times indicated on the rental contract. It must warn the owner in case of delayed or late arrival.
The balance of the cost of the stay must be paid on arrival.
Additional drinks and services not mentioned in the lease are to be paid to the owner at the end of the stay.
There are no tourist tax.
The client must respect the peaceful character of the site and respect it.
The contract is for one or two people; the number of customers can not in any case exceed. If the number of clients exceeds the contractual number, the owner is able to refuse the additional customers.
This refusal may in no way be considered a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of a number of customers than those refused, no refund can be considered.
To ensure maximum hygiene, no pets are allowed in the room.

It is recommended to contact the Departmental Organization Gîtes de France at the Tourist Office or at the local Syndicat d'Initiative which will attempt to the settlement of disputes.
For all disputes which may arise in the execution or termination of this contract and have not been resolved amicably, only the Courts of the jurisdiction of the location of the property subject to the lease are competent.
