Article 1. Length of stay.

The client signing this contract for a fixed term shall in no circumstances invoke any right to tenure.

Article 2. Conclusion of the contract.

The reservation becomes effective as soon as the customer has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total price of the room with a minimum of one night and a copy of the contract signed before this date indicated on the front Contract. The balance will be paid upon arrival.

Article 3. Cancellation by the customer

All cancellations must be notified by letter or fax addressed to the owner. Delays are considered counted from the acknowledgment by the owner.

1. Cancellation more than 24 hours before arrival: the deposit is forfeited to the owner. Cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival: the deposit is forfeited to the owner who also require payment of the balance due.
2. If the client does not manifest 19 hours before the scheduled day of arrival, the contract becomes void and the landlord may dispose of the room. The deposit remains with the owner who also require payment of the balance managed to stay.
3. In case of shortened stay, the price for the initial stay is entirely the owner. Additional services not used will be refunded.

Article 4. Cancellation by the host.

When before the arrival date the host cancels the visit, he must inform the client after registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Customers, without prejudice to recourse in redress of possibly incurred damages, will be immediately refunded monies paid. He will also receive an allowance equal to the penalty he would have paid if the cancellation was his on that date.

Article 5. Arrival

The client must arrive on the day and at the times indicated on the rental contract. It must warn the owner in case of delayed or late arrival.

Article 6. Payment of the balance

The balance of the cost of the stay must be paid on arrival.

Additional drinks and services not mentioned in the lease are to be paid to the owner at the end of the stay.

Tourist tax: 2.52 € per person and per night in addition to the price indicated.

Article 7. Use of premises

The client must respect the peaceful character of the site and respect it.

Article 8. Capacity.

The contract is for one or two people; the number of customers can not in any case exceed. If the number of clients exceeds the contractual number, the owner is able to refuse the additional customers.

This refusal may in no way be considered a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of a number of customers than those refused, no refund can be considered.

Article 9. Pets

To ensure maximum hygiene, no pets are allowed in the room.

In case of non compliance with this clause, the owner is able to refuse the animal. This refusal may in no way be considered a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of guest's departure, no refund can be considered.

Article 10. Disputes

It is recommended to contact the Departmental Organization Gîtes de France at the Tourist Office or at the local Syndicat d'Initiative which will attempt to the settlement of disputes.

For all disputes which may arise in the execution or termination of this contract and have not been resolved amicably, only the Courts of the jurisdiction of the location of the property subject to the lease are competent.
